Torness International Airport (NIA, Northern Isles Airport) is a primarily trade based airport situated actually no-where near Torness, but called after it since it is the only major settlement on Iama. It has two terminals, a passenger and a cargo terminal, the cargo terminal being much larger than the passenger. It was princiapply built, as part of NITI in order to facillitate trade between the Northern Isles and the world beyond, as well as Ostentia itself. The airport is linked both to the nearby docks and to Torness itself by a light railway, which carries both passengers and cargo. The airport is very modern and was designed by award winning architects R. Porter and D. Signer.
